Scott E. Vincent is a trusted legal advisor with extensive experience in business operations, transactions, financing and business planning. With a strong focus on strategic guidance and regulatory compliance, he helps clients across industries structure, develop and protect their businesses and assets. As a longtime outside general counsel, Scott brings a sharp analytical lens to complex challenges—including insights in effective talent assessment and organizational planning. Outside the office, he enjoys adventures with his family, including skiing, fly fishing, trail running, and exploring the great outdoors.

Christine is a seasoned marketing leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth and innovation across tech industries. She has led high-impact brand, digital, and customer engagement strategies at major companies like Aetna and T-Mobile/Sprint, and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Christine holds a MBA in Strategic and Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Maryland and a BA in Marketing from Ohio University. Outside of work, she brings the same focus and energy to her passions—Taekwondo, sailing, and exploring life with a sense of adventure.

Ken is a seasoned organizational development leader with over 25 years of experience helping companies navigate change, optimize performance, and align leadership for long-term success. With a background in managing large-scale operations and driving enterprise-wide transformation at organizations like Southwestern Bell and Payless ShoeSource, he brings deep expertise in leadership coaching, strategic planning, and team development. Outside of work, Abe enjoys high-performance cars, outdoor adventures, and exploring new challenges with the same energy he brings to his work.

Raymond Dick, DE

Ray Dick is a visionary leader with over 30 years of experience in engineering, advanced manufacturing, education, and workforce development. As co-founder of TEQ Connect™, he is focused on transforming how skilled trade talent connects with industry. Ray is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of successful ventures. He founded RD Solutions, which launched Project MFG—a national trade workforce program funded by the Department of Defense. He also established the Global Learning Accelerator, a nonprofit that creates project-based learning opportunities for middle and high school students. A NASA Langley Fellow and holder of a Doctorate from the University of Kansas, Ray brings deep expertise and forward-thinking leadership to every initiative he undertakes. Outside of work, he finds inspiration in nature, music, and outdoor adventures.
