As co-founder of TEQ Connect™, he is focused on transforming how skilled trade talent connects with industry. Ray is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of successful ventures. He founded RD Solutions, which launched Project MFG—a national trade workforce program funded by the Department of Defense. He also established the Global Learning Accelerator, a nonprofit that creates project-based learning opportunities for middle and high school students. A NASA Langley Fellow and holder of a Doctorate from the University of Kansas, Ray brings deep expertise and forward-thinking leadership to every initiative he undertakes. Outside of work, he finds inspiration in nature, music, and outdoor adventures.
